A Letter to My 17-Year Old Self

Posted on February 1, 2021February 1, 2021 by LifeByWyetha

Hello everyone and Happy Monday.  Welcome to the blog today.

Today I thought I would do something different and share a letter that I wrote to my 17-year old self.

You may be wondering why I choose 17.  It’s an important year because I was fresh out of high school and ready to take on semi-adulthood.

There was so much I didn’t understand, and so many things that my Mom told me that I didn’t pay attention to.  I don’t many regrets about my life choices, but I think it’s important to acknowledge how far I’ve come, and where I have yet to go.

What if you could send a letter to your younger self?  Would you read it?  Would you want a road-map to your adult life, or would you just put it away and read it when your 50, and just experience life’s ups and downs as they come.  Let me know in the comments.

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my blog today.  Don’t forget to subscribe, follow, or like … it really helps out the blog A LOT, have an excellent day. — Know Thyself —
