TAKE ACTION: Let’s get to work! Don’t worry, this is happy work. Start a craft project to give to a friend, write a letter, or plan a fun-filled friend date! Seeking to make someone else happy makes you happy, and seeting you happy makes them happy!
| Travelling out of the country
 Singing in the choir or joining a womens group
 Taking more college courses
 Learning to woodwork
TAKE ACTION: Do you ever hold yourself back from an experience that could bring you happiness? Try saying yes to one thing that is a little outside your comfort zone this week and see how it feels.
| Reading am/pm devotionals
 Reading one bible chaper
 Getting through with 2 rounds of meetings
 Making a homecooked meal
 Stayed on track with blog work
TAKE ACTION: Every achievement is valuable! Take pride in your choices, efforts, and achievements, whatever they are as simple as getting out of bed or as complex as solving world hunger. Use the blank list pages in the back of this journal to start a second list of how these achievements make you feel about yourself and your life.
