MONDAY: Let Go and Move Forward

Hello to all my lovely people, and Welcome to the blog!


If this is your first time, I’m glad stopped by, and I hope you consider subscribing. If your already part of the family … welcome back.

How is everyone doing today?  I hope today is not at daunting as it seems, and that you get a good start to your day and have great perspective for the week.

All the things that could happen to me this week happened, and it’s been extremely stressful for me.  I promised myself that whatever was going on (depending on what it was) that I wouldn’t miss posts because this blog is my therapy.  However Friday which I planned a post never got done.

In more ways than one I just have too much food on my plate, and I’m trying to gain ground and find perspective when everything is down the wire.

With that said today I’m talking about … Letting go of 10+ years and moving forward.

As some of you may know I had contemplated moving and buy and home and what i could or could not afford and I though I would have more time where I am to stack my coins and prepare, but I received unexpected news.  So what’s happening?

  • Trying to find a new home
  • Being priced out of certain neighborhoods
  • Meeting with a real estate agent
  • A lateral move

I talked about carrying stress in your body last Monday, and I’ve tried to do everything to relax but my back, shoulders, and neck are suffering.  I am getting more exercise and just trying to plan this move as best I can, but it’s really caught me off guard.

Right now I need to focus on moving on, and not holding grudges, or hoping that things fail on the other side.  God says it’s ok to be angry, it’s a normal reaction but don’t act out in sin, or meaning don’t act out on that anger.  I whole heartedly agree.  I can’t be blessed if I don’t want the same blessings for others.

Psalm 4:8 In peace, I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety.

  1. That’s the verse I pray every night to fall asleep.
    Yoga helps to relieve tension. Let go of the worrying because it won’t make things happen quickly nor smoothly. Just envision the completion of the move. It is already going to work itself out

    1. I really needed that motivation. I know it’s going to happen, and I see the end. I just have to incorporate some patience and peace.
