Hello everyone and Welcome to the blog.
For me, it’s a “Welcome Back”. I took a few days to enjoy the holiday and enjoy a mini-break (my chunk of time comes in January). It’s been filled with some shopping, cooking, binging TV and lazy days.
Today, (and until the 31st) I’m going to post the best of the best from LifeByWyetha for 2019. Which means rounding up my most popular post from this year.
These posts are a big help when I’m planning out my blog content, and they act as a journal. It’s always nice to look back at the past as long as you don’t stay there.(LOL) I want to be moving onwards and upwards. With that said here’s a look back at 2019 on the blog.
January – April 2019
During this time it was the new year, spring was approaching so I was implementing several self-love, self-help exercises to cope with everything I was dealing with in my life.
SNIPPET: GOOD SNACKS .. After seeing my doctor in December, she laid out some specific guidelines for snacking. Since then, I’ve been looking at “snacking” in a whole new light. It’s stressful reading those nutrition labels but they are important if you’re trying to meet dietary needs. It’s also important to know exactly what’s in your food.
SNIPPET: 52 LIST FOR HAPPINESS #35 … Hello everyone … and Happy Sunday. I’m still suffering from my allergies and a sore back, but you know what … God woke me up this morning, and although I may have some pain … I do have the ability to feel it be it good or bad, so I’m just gonna say that I’m blessed today.
