Podcast Sn. 2, It’s a Creepy Story: Episode #16

It’s a lazy Sunday afternoon…

TODAY’S QUOTE
You don’t have to be a house to be haunted.”
— Emily Dickenson

Hello friends, I hope you’re enjoying this afternoon on the eve of Monday. I hope you are doing well, staying hydrated, taking care of your mind and your body, and checking in with friends and family.

It’s been another hot week (last week) when all you want to do is nothing, and everyone is over it already and wishing for cooler temps.  It’s amazing to me how folks don’t have this tolerance level that they lay claim to.  The minute Summer is not what they want it to be; they’re ready to move on to Fall.  LOL…The human condition is so fickle. I’m feeling a “Summer-Ween” with my book and mindset, but enough verbiage….aw.. here it goes.

Today’s book review is Cold, Black & Infinite: Stories of the Horrific and Strange by Todd Keisling.  Thank you to Net Galley for providing this book ahead of its September release.

Down here in the dark lies a vast and twisted landscape where the wicked, wistful, and profane coalesce. This is where the lonely and lost face their demons, where anxious paranoias are made manifest, and where mundane evil wears a human face. (GOOD READS)
