What’s up friends how are you?  I hope you’re taking some time for yourself, staying hydrated, and checking in with friends and family during these cold months.

January (even though it’s technically February), so let’s say …the first few months of the new year are always filled with people proclaiming that they will exercise, get organized, and eat better.  I don’t know how many people keep up those promises but I made one 3 years ago that stuck.

As many of you know I have Type 2 Diabetes. Exercise (for me) is a way of life and not just something that I do at the beginning of the year and then fall off by Spring.  As I get older I realized that my joints need attention so 5-6 days out of the week, every AM (or PM if I went in the office that day) I’m on my mat.

Today I’m sharing my favorite Yoga (or exercise) Instructors on YouTube.

Just 10-15 minutes a day, with or without weights is what makes my body happy.  I’ve been watching these Instructors for the past 5 years, and I find these to be the most useful.
