My Favorite Yoga & Exercise Instructors on YouTube

Hello Friends and welcome to the blog.

It’s Friday!  What are you–uuuuu doing!

Friends, I hope your Friday is going well, I hope you’re staying hydrated, checking in with friends and family, and living your best life.

This week has been about self-love, and self-care so if you missed my post on Wednesday about my favorite face oils, you can check dat out rite-cheer on the blog.

Today continues self-love as I share my favorite yoga instructors on Youtube.  I’ve been following these ladies over the years, and they have been helping me stretch out my joints, strengthen my core, and tone my body as well as meditate.  This list has changed a little from last year but you can also check out that post here.

Yoga With Kassandra

Welcome to my channel – your #1 resource for free online Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. Here you’ll find weekly yoga classes for all experience levels. Browse through 700+ yoga classes and tutorials right here on my channel.  Check out her website at www.yogawithkassandra.com. (Source: Yoga With Kassandra)

My Note: This is my go-to on most days. I can get that 5-20 minute yoga, she’s easy and comforting to listen to and I haven’t seen any really difficult poses although she does have intermediate-expert level classes.

Bright & Salted Yoga

I’m Arianna Elizabeth & I’m a big fan of Jesus + yoga! My mission is to connect everyone with the benefits of yoga by holding a space that also allows Believers, like me, to feel comfortable with any spiritual aspects of the practice as well! 🤍 As a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® I hold certifications as an RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and am also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). My Note: When I want to work on my core and form, Bright & Salted Yoga is my go-to. I can get a good workout in a compressed amount of time.

Madfit

My goal is to help inspire everyone at all fitness levels to get up, get moving and reach their goals! (Source: Madfit)

My Note: Three days a week I work on a target area of the body (i.e., arms, legs, abs), and Madfit has targeted work-outs for those specific areas. I can choose anywhere from 5-30 minutes with or without weights.

YOGATX with Savannah

It is our goal to give you the most personal, informative, easy to follow, instructional yoga videos out there, so our yoga instructors teach their yoga flows in our videos the exact same way they would teach a private yoga lesson.

My Note: Yoga TX is a community of 5 instructors based in Texas.  But my favorite instructor is Savannah V.  Easy to listen to, she gets me moving and the poses are not impacting on my knees.  I’ve also learned how breath works in conjunction with these poses.

I hope my quick list of instructors gets you moving, and get’s you energized, as well as strengthens your core without too much impact on your joints.  Yoga used to be so hard for me.  I had no arm, leg, or core strength.  But, over time with continued practice, my body is getting stronger and I can reap the benefits.
