I hope everyone had a great holiday, and that it was peaceful, joyous, and left you with great promise for the upcoming year.
I wanted to do a check-in today because I haven’t in a long time, and I wanted to catch you up on my holiday, and what’s upcoming in my world and the blog for 2020.
We all know that the beginning of the year is the time for goal setting and resolutions. But last year I refused to succumb to any type of resolutions that I wasn’t going to follow through with. From that my 30-Day challenge was born to help me take on projects, keep eating habits, and take on personal goals for 2019.
My 30-Day plan worked well up until about September. It wasn’t for any particular reason except that I over-reached when it came to working on what needs to get done vs. personal goals.
I will say that with my 30-day challenge I learned to discipline myself in certain areas of my life but saying it out loud, really meant that … ok, now I’ve got to do it, and as usual, I put way too much pressure on myself to get something done … for myself, and that makes no sense.
