September 30-Day Challenge

Posted on September 4, 2019November 2, 2020 by LifeByWyetha

Hello my Friends, and happy-happy Wednesday.  I was so excited for September and some time off, that I nearly forgot my 30-Day Challenge post today.  It may be hours later but at least I completed this post today.

I didn’t take on any challenges for August, and while I didn’t have a crystal ball to see into the future … I was doing exactly what my body needed by not pressuring myself to complete anything.

August was a challenging month as I dealt with my A1C getting higher, getting my cat back to a healthy weight, and dealing with my own demons for depression.

Things I’m Still Doing

1 // I’m still reading my daily devotionals via the Women’s Bible app.  These daily readings give me a calmness and peace to get through my daily activities.  I’m also working on my positive affirmation for AM and PM.

You can download this app from the App Store, just search for Daily Bible for Women.

2 //  I’m still reading The Next Right Thing.  This book talks about decision-making through Christ.  I’ve gained so many positive aspects through this book, and I can positively say that it has been extremely helpful.

The next right thing

This Month…

As September is here my plan is to try to complete the challenges that I missed or didn’t get through in previous months.  Wish me luck!

Outlook

September looks like a hodgepodge of things, and if I can get thought at least half, I’ll be happy with that.

The key is not to get overwhelmed, and if I can’t complete a certain challenge, I’m not gonna sweat it.  No one is holding me to these goals but me.

Are you tired of setting goals or making resolutions that don’t stick? Try a 30-Day Challenge with me, and share some goals that you would like to achieve this month.  Download my free template here.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today, don’t forget to “like”, “comment below”, or “subscribe”. — Peace —

I’ve also updated my Stress Worksheet and you can download that printable here.
