It’s Friday Ya’ll

Hello friends … and happy flourishing Friday. I hope you’ve had a great week, and you’ve survived the snow and cold … if you’re in the NE Region of the world. It’s going to be a great weekend here in the DMV, so I’m hoping you can get out where you are an enjoy it.

Can you believe it’s February? I mean January has up-jumped-da-boogie, and now here we are. I’m glad to have completed my first of 12 … 30-day challenges and I’m heading into my February 30-day, so stay tuned for my updates. It’s been a chilly, uneventful week and that’s just the way I like it. Here’s this week in review.

[circle] I’m well into reading my first book [The Other] on my “Good Reads 2019 Challenge” [1] “Hello … is it me your looking for” … ok, that was corny … but the light was good enough for me to snap some pictures of my living room decor [Hello signage TJ Maxx [2] “Invest in yourself” … this is a page from my 52 List Journal [3] The Tom Ford faux coffee table book I made for my dolly diorama [yes…I play with dolls and I’m proud…lol] here is the tutorial [4-5] My evening spa night … my meeting days are arduous so a few touches make my bath really luxurious.  It was also fitting that I could use my “Winter Nights” candle.  [sorry I can’t find the link to this one] and [6] I was finally able to separate my large snake plant, I’m hoping that I don’t kill it, as I’ve had this plant for about 3 years.

February is all about love, and who better to love than yourself. Take some time to pamper yourself with an at-home spa day or massage. Check out these beauty DIY’s that help relieve stress, soothe the senses and keep the skin soft.
