Hello friends, and welcome [or] welcome back to the blog.

Friends, I hope you are doing well. Please take care, get plenty of rest, take your vitamins, and drink plenty of water.
I have a problem. It’s sweets, and as you can imagine, that’s not the best thing when you have Type 2, so I’m always looking for dark chocolate and other treats I can make at home to control the ingredients and make smaller quantities so it doesn’t tempt me. (LOL)
I’ve gone searching at my favorite spot – Pinterest to see what I could find, and there are thousands upon thousands of goodies. I pulled six (three of which I will actually get around to making), but at least they will be in my recipe folder.

Sometimes I tend to be impatient when it comes to making sweet snacks, but if I take my time and share them with a friend, I know they will turn out great. I’m always looking for healthy alternatives because I can have sweets in moderation.
I’ll end here. Thank you so much for stopping by today; I know there are many other things you could be doing. I appreciate all the support. Don’t forget to like and subscribe. I’ll see you soon.– Peace
