Hello friends, I hope you’re enjoying this Sunday and taking it easy. Please stay hydrated, check in with your mind, take care of your body, and talk with friends and family.
I hate to start this week with how hot it was last week, but that’s all that anyone can talk about is this heat. It’s not unlike any other Summer (in previous years) in the D.C. area …it’s always hot, however, it’s the humidity that gets you. I’m trying to have a positive week with family coming in from the ATL soon, and just taking some time to slow down. But I digress, so here it goes.
