Hello, friends. Welcome back to the blog. I’m so glad to have you.
“A room without books is like a body without a soul.”
― Marcus Tullius Cicero
Friends, how are you? I hope you are doing well and getting plenty of rest. Don’t forget to take your vitamins, and carve out some time to read a good book or dive into an activity that brings you joy.
HEY! — 📢 put down that phone! The world will still be there when you pick it back up.

Friends, I have finally updated my book-tracking page to match my Goodreads Challenge, and let me tell you — it has been a long time coming. So long, in fact, that it absolutely deserved a post of its own and maybe even a shout from the rooftops.
I did post my Goodreads Challenge in November, so consider this my way of sneaking it back in… kind of like hiding vegetables in the spaghetti 🍝 sauce. You didn’t see it coming, but it’s good for you.
Reading/Book Tracking 2026!
This page lists what I’m currently reading, what I’ve read in previous months, the ARC titles I’ve been approved for, and my GR Challenge list.
The page link is above, but here’s a teaser.

2026 Good Reads Challenge Is On!
I have 28 books listed (updated from my post last November), and when I factor in my ARC titles, that brings the total to 36. Ideally, I’d love to hit 40. That said, I’ll be more than happy if I simply make it through what I already have planned. I’m in a bit of a reading slump at the moment, but I’m hoping to push through and find my rhythm again.

I still say procrastination is an evil thing because I sat on this like a mother hen🐔, and the only thing stopping me from updating this page was… me. It seemed like such a simple task, but there it was, looming larger than life for absolutely no reason.
I’ve spent the better part of January, February (and let’s just go ahead and add March 😆) cleaning up the blog and making it feel shiny and new. Sometimes the smallest updates take the most mental energy, but I’m glad I finally pushed through.
Now I’m genuinely excited about my reading challenge, determined to shake off this February slump, and ready to turn some pages with purpose. Into the further we go.🕳️✨
That’s all I have for you today. Be sure to like and subscribe to the blog. Be well – Peace ✌🏽
