I’m Sharing a Podcast Series: The Midnight Library

Hello friends and thanks for stopping by.  I hope you are doing well, taking care of you’re mind and body, and checking in with friends and family.

It’s been an uneventful weekend and I’m thankful for that.  I had some good Korean take-out on Saturday, and today I’ve got my dinner in the crock pot (Mississippi Pot Roast) I’ve already washed 3 loads of clothes, colored my hair, and I’m rolling.

Lately, I’ve had more energy on Sundays which is a blessing.  In December and January, I barely had the energy to do one thing (let alone all the things) and my mood was blue.  But fast-forward a few months and my levels have seemed to even themselves out.

It’s not without yoga, vitamins, meditation, and rest but ultimately I’m doing well. My schedule last week was all over the place and I had several appointments so I didn’t have time to record a new podcast.  However, I thought it would be fun to share some of what I listen to, and the inspiration behind my own series.

Today I’m sharing a podcast on Spotify called “The Midnight Library” that I came across during my own Halloween series when I was looking for inspiration to create something new …and so it goes…
