Five Shows I’m Re-watching This Fall

What’s up friends … and welcome to the blog!

It’s a good day, to have a good day.

Hello gorgeous and happy Friday, I hope you’re enjoying some stress-free activities, staying hydrated, checking in with friends and family, and enjoying Summer.

It’s been a great week, as I feel I’m at about 95% back to normal.  I haven’t done that much by way of outside because it’s just too hot.  I’m also advised by my doctor to stay indoors when the heat index levels are unhealthy.

I don’t know about you, but as we get closer to August, I can’t help but to think about all those Fall vibes that give me good feels.  I love Fall and Winter.  Cold sunny days, no mosquitoes and the coziness of it all.

Those Fall months also bring to me to some shows that I plan on re-watching this season …because yes they are just that good.

Shows I’m Re-Watching in the Fall

1. Fear Street Trilogy

STORYLINE: First premiered July 2021, A circle of teenage friends accidentally encounter the ancient evil responsible for a series of brutal murders that have plagued their town for over 300 years. Welcome to Shadyside. (IMBD)

2. Stranger Things (Season 1-4)

From the storyline to the soundtrack and the merch, this by far is the best series I’ve seen in a long time.

STORYLINE: First premiered in 2016, Stranger Things takes place in 1980s Indiana, a group of young friends witness supernatural forces and secret government exploits. As they search for answers, the children unravel a series of extraordinary mysteries. (IMBD)

3. Gilmore Girls (7 Seasons)

STORYLINE: A dramedy centering around the relationship between a thirty-something single mother (Lorelai), and her teen daughter (Rory), set in the storybook town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. Populated by an eclectic mix of dreamers, artists, and everyday folk, this multigenerational drama starts out in Fall with the season-ending right at Summer.

Gilmore Girls is about family and friendship as it centers around the mother-daughter dynamic and eccentric, well-off parents who always have something to say about their daughter’s life. (Source Google & IMBD)

4. Twin Peaks

STORYLINE: A crime drama mixed with healthy doses of the surreal, this series is about FBI Agent Dale Cooper, who travels to the small logging town of Twin Peaks to solve the murder of seemingly innocent high schooler Laura Palmer. Almost nothing is as it seems, however, and the show’s sometimes eerie visuals, oddball characters and wild dream sequences drive the point home. (Google)

5. Scream: The Series (3 Seasons)

STORYLINE: Instigated by a cyberbullying incident that goes viral, a brutal murder in Lakewood stirs memories of a crime spree from the town’s past that has haunted some, intrigued others and maybe just spawned a new executioner.

At the center of the story is a group of teenagers — with two old friends struggling to reconnect at its heart — who, says the network, “become lovers, enemies, suspects, targets and victims of a killer who’s out for blood.” (MTV)

My daughter has pointed out to me (several times) that I’m a true banger.  I can go through a series in the blink of an eye, so while this may seem like A LOT, it’s really not as I don’t anticipate on any new programs for the Fall.  Most of the things I normally watch have ended, so it leaves me plenty of time to relax with a glass of wine and get into some old, and new things for Fall.

Thanks so much for visiting today and don’t forget to follow, like, or subscribe. Have a great weekend. — Peace!
