My 2022 Good Reads Challenge List!

Hello beautiful people and welcome to the blog today.

Happy mid-week Wednesday!  Last week was the week of snow where I reside in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia area), so it’s beautiful to look at but a pain to shovel. All the wonderful things that come with a home, which mean for me…shoveling snow. Man! It’s back-breaking work but I got it done, only for it to snow again.

My hands (and limbs) were freezing.  I couldn’t wait to get in and cozy up to something warm, and there’s no better way to cozy up than tucking into a good book.  I wanted to finsih my current read before the new year, but who am I kidding.  That just wasn’t happening.  No matter that book get’s added to my 2022 Good Reads Challenge.

I only have 12 books that I want to read this year. Last year I feel short of my 12 and only finished 7.  Too bad, and so sad, but I have high hopes to get through this current list because a few of my purchases have been audio books. One can get through those a lot faster.

Here is my 2022 Good Reads Challenge!

I’m currently right in the middle of “If It Bleeds”, by Stephen King; I just purchased Survive the Night, and When No One Is Watching, is sitting on my bookshelf.  So I’m set up for next two months, and as I finish one, I’ll purchase another to avoid wasting money or changing my mind mid-way through the year.

What books are you challenging yourself to get through this year?  Are you a traditionalist, and you love “actual” books?  Or do you want your books anywhere and everywhere as in a Kindle reader or via Audio Books?  Let me know down in the comments.

With that, I’ll end here.  Thanks so much for visiting the blog today.  Don’t forget to follow and subscribe, as I really appreciate the support. — Peace
