If your already part of the family … Welcome back.

Today I’m sharing my payday worksheet. If you’ve been following my blog, you might remember my monthly budget worksheet post.  I still use that tool because it’s beneficial to help me save for big items and tame my debt.

However, when payday arrives I need a quick, and easy way to jot down what I’m spending against my current pay.  Last year I started entering everything (by hand) into a little journal.

I would jot down any expenses and bills that needed to be paid at that time, as well as the balances on my accounts.  So I thought that I would share this if you’re looking for something to help keep track of your spending.

Payday Expense Sheet

This is my “Payday Quick-Expense”.  Basically the circles include your earnings, and the transactions/activity section is where I jot down any expenses that I have due for that coming period. I also left a space under the “week/period” portion so you can fill in a date.

If you’re using this sheet 2-3 times per month you could collectively use this to help you plan your overall monthly budget. Below is a sample filled-in version.

Above is the jpeg image in which you should be able to right-click and save to your computer you can print it out.  If you’re using Adobe I’ll include that link here for the PDF version. You can also punch holes in this if you want to include it as a page in your planner.

Thanks again for stopping by the blog today.  I hope my worksheet is helpful, and let me know if I can customize or make this better to suit your needs. Have a great day. — Peace —
