MONDAY: Writing Habits … Another 52 List?

Hello to all my lovely people, and Welcome to LifebyWyetha.

Today I want to touch on journaling, and practicing good habits for the new year.  In the past I was very good at keeping a journal, and I would write 750-words at least 5 days a week.

I’ve always felt like writing kept me from going down the rabbit hole and helped me develop some good habits.  I would basically access what was happening in my life, and why it as happening to me for whatever reason.

With that said today I’m talking about…

1. Writing for therapy
2. Another 52-List (52 List for Calm)
3. What happened to the #Law of Attraction post
